Salary/Rate – £36,000 – £50,000/annum

Linq Healthcare is currently working with national charity who have a vacancy for a multi-site nurse manager within substance misuse. You will manage two teams of nurses across multiple sites in 2 London boroughs. You will be responsible for providing support and strategically developing the services to meet the local needs.

In this role you:
– Will be responsible for the day to day management of clinical services
– Will ensure that service users consistently receive high quality interventions inline with the company policy, NMC guidelines, and national guidance
– Will undertake supervisions for the nursing staff
– Will be involved in the clinical audit of the service under the director of the Senior Management Team

Essential requirements:
– You must have experience in managing people across multiple sites

– You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the best safeguarding practice

– Experience of working and managing people within substance misuse or an area closely related

– You will have an understanding of the UK Drug strategy and knowledge of clinical interventions for use with a range of service users, along with treatment models and harm minimisation interventions

– Have a coaching management style

– Be able to implement and develop improvements

– Budget management

– Be committed to improve and broaden your own professional knowledge and skills
